You should start with the latest affiliation. For example you can state “In August/2006 ABC Skilled Trades Branch as Journeyman Electrician” and then you earlier affiliations.

Then you come to a very important item in an electrician’s resume. That is to state your skills. It is better if you tabulate this in to three topics. One is the Skill Name, then the skill level and finally the Last used / experience. A typical example is:

Skill Level: expert
Last used / Experience: Currently used/15 years
